How our mind-body can empower or disempower us
We think about ourselves as rational, but we can't do anything without involving our emotions. When we feel uncomfortable, we become anxious, and when we are anxious and stressed our bodily resources go into fighting that stress.
Thoughts are like magnets the more attention you give them they start to become hardwired. Our bodies stress response is activated so often that it doesn't always have to return to normal, resulting in the accumulation of issues, if we don't take back control and learn how to become more at peace within ourselves.
Recognizing negative and positive energies
is made up of energy, and is the most sensitive reflection of our physical and
emotional well-being. Later, heron-in, you will get to see the physical reality
captured on camera. But first, let's take a look at why we may have many
externally induced societal emotions that help trigger our fight-or-flight
response based on something that looks, sounds, feels, smells or tastes
similar, before you feel the fear, trapped in your emotional body.
The emotional body recalls and the physical body reacts
Stress can manifest without our complete awareness creating; fears, phobias, anxiety and worry that affects our physical and emotional wellbeing, energy balance and general health. We may have difficulty in making decisions, we become disorganized, feel overwhelmed and may become defensive, withdrawing socially, suffer constant tiredness, insomnia, nervousness and feel overwhelmed (not an exhaustive list by all means).
Emotional, cognitive physiological and behavioral
Some people are able to thrive in conditions that would make another person ill. However, somewhere along the line, continued mental and physical discomfort (emotions carry messages and serve a purpose - the body's way of telling you that an area or emotional issue needs attention) kicks in, and "feels" the "fear" from deep within; pushing our buttons and flicking our switches. This is the subconscious mind reminding your body how it felt back then, i.e. - sweaty palms, palpations, etc., yes, those feelings of 'we don't want to go there again do we?' responses.
Changes in your mental body affect the balance and equilibrium of the subtle energies
The human form is composed of subtle energies that circulate throughout the body and are affected by cognitive, hormonal, neurochemical, and environmental factors. Negative thoughts can severely deplete our energy and create energy disturbances and the body's defences become weakened. Family breakdowns, divorce, bereavement, redundancy (loss) and so forth, can have a profound impact and may lead to self-abuse and self-treatment through; drinking, smoking, diet, drugs and so forth, as we seek to self-medicate and take comfort from the stress related problem(s) on top of the associated financial pressures we're most likely to face.
Thought influences matter and many common stress-related health problems relate to energy imbalances
What the mind represses the body expresses and, left unchecked, may result in causing a partial shutdown, physical illness or disease. Continued mental and physical discomfort is the body's way of telling you that an area of our life needs attention. A certain amount of stress is healthy, but when faced with too much pressure over a prolonged period we get sick. If you focus regularly on what you fear, your body becomes encoded with the vibration of your mind and will eventually prompt feelings of sadness and depression. Stress tends to be "fear" based and the cause of dis-ease (not being at ease with oneself.
You have to fix the head first, before you can fix the body!
only occurs when your thought patterns and behavior's change by altering
thought patterns that no longer work for you by thinking differently. If your
thoughts are positive, the mind-body body triggers the release of a chemical
called serotonin that gives us the feeling of happiness and well-being.
Whatever you put your attention on will grow stronger. Whatever you take
attention away from will wither, disintegrate, and disappear.
